The Giveaway is sponsored by EDM Train LLC ("we" or "us").

Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry, and be a resident of the United States or Canada. If the prize involves admittance to an event, then the participant must meet the event's age requirement to be eligible. Employees, contractors, and associated family members of EDM Train LLC and the Sponsor are not eligible. Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Rules.

Participation in the Giveaway begins August 19, 2025 and ends August 29, 2025. The winners will be selected and notified via Instagram within 1 week of the end date.

To enter the Giveaway:

1. Like the giveaway post on Instagram, and tag at least one friend. Tag more friends for additional entries. 2. Follow @edmtrain, @edc_orlando, and @insomniacevents on Instagram. 3. Repost to your story on Instagram.

Winners will be randomly selected based on the number of qualified entries.

Each selected winner has 48 hours after being notified to claim the prize. If the selected winner does not claim the prize within that time, then the participant forfeits their right to the prize, and another winner will be selected. If the prize is time sensitive, such as an event, then we reserve the right to choose a new winner sooner than 48 hours, at which point the original winner will forfeit their rights to the prize.

A participant's chance of winning is dependent upon the number of qualified entries.

We or the Sponsor may disqualify any participant that is determined to have tampered with, or disrupted, the entry process or administration of the Giveaway.

We and the Sponsor reserve the right to modify or terminate the Giveaway at any time. A substitute prize may be awarded.

Participant is responsible for all costs in connection with the receipt and use of the prize, such as travel.

The Giveaway is not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Apple, or Google.

Information collected from participants is subject to our Privacy Policy. A participant's personally identifying information is collected to help administer the Giveaway, and may be used to send you information about upcoming events, new features, etc. A participant's information may be shared with companies associated with the Giveaway. The list of winners may be provided upon request.

Participants in the Giveaway agree to indemnify and hold harmless EDM Train LLC, the Sponsor, all other companies associated with the Giveaway, and their respective partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, members, officers, and employees from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway, receipt of the prize, or use of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto), including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the Giveaway; (b) unauthorized human intervention; (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing, or typographical errors; (d) any other errors or problems in connection with the Giveaway, such as errors in the administration of the Giveaway, the announcement of the winners, and the cancelation or postponement of the event; (e) injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Giveaway. Participants shall not be entitled to receive attorney's fees, and waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

Except where prohibited, each participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in New Jersey. All Issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, participants rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than New Jersey.

Any provision of these Rules that is deemed to be invalid or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be omitted, while the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
